The marriage between art and surgery is where plastic surgery exists. My interest in the human body and face began with drawing, painting, and sculpting from a young age. An intuitive understanding of beauty and balance was then complimented by a foundation of medical knowledge and strong surgical skills.
Why did I choose the field of plastic surgery? It was the most natural progression from my innate love of creating art with my hands to shaping and healing the human body. It is a remarkable gift, one I am incredibly grateful to share with my patients.
